Fabrice, the cook, and Corinne, in the dining room, have worked passionately to satisfy you every day since 1989. Thanks to their regional reputation, many food-enthusiasts, gourmets and Burgundy lovers have become regular customers along the years.
Recently, their daughter, Aurélie, and their son-in-law, Cyril, have joined Fabrice and Corinne. Aurélie teams with her mother in providing a welcoming atmosphere reflective of their love for their work. Cyril worked in awarded restaurant and now teams with his father-in-law and contributes to the respect of the tastes and the seasonality of the products. Born in the South, he brings a sunny accent to our Terroir gastronomy !
